Corporate is not supportive. I worked for this company as a manager over a decade and corporate was never complimentary towards me. They never thanked me for creating a loyal customer basis and community in their store. I loved the brand and was passionate. Corporate would come once a year and give bad advice using corporate employees who didn’t know what it was like to work in the store day in and day out. There is a lack of brand recognition for this company that hasn’t been addressed for years. Marketing efforts focused on the franchise doing the work and not the company as a whole trying to advertise. Customers would walk in not knowing about the store after being open for a decade.
