      Pros

      The company has some pros: - Salary on time ( generally its dispatched on the 6th of every month) - Hybrid working policy (work from home and office)

      Cons

      There are many cons : - HR (The HR present are very unprofessional and are unable to handle queries of the employees, no outdoor or indoor activities are arranged ) - No benefits other than salary - No fuel allowance - Micro managment and politics within the managers

      - Remote (Work from home). - Competitive Salary.

      Cons

      - No Job Security. - Employee turnover is too high. (Even whole HR dept has changed twice in a year) - Salary Delays are commons, usually receive salary after 15th of the month. - No benefits apart from Salary. - No Proper Admin, HR, Finance and IT dept. (No one is taking ownership)
