      Pros

      Whole organisation put People First. Very inspiring and healthy work environment. Pays salary on time and take care of staffs very dearly.

      Cons

      Few of the associates show their disregard to the organisation by taking advantage of “People First” model. They hide their incompetence by maligning the reputation of organisation on Social sites. Senior management needs to look in to it

      Dont pay salary on time Bonus are never paid There are 2 CEOs Mervyn & Phil, one wants to build IT Company and other wants to build recruitment company, but building a street shop
