      Pros

      They have managed to build an amazing product that has a real niche fit for a variety of customer needs.

      Cons

      - Complete lack understanding when it comes to sales methodology - CEO is a crazy person who can’t get out of his own way. Constantly talks about exit strategy when he has barely built a viable business yet - leaders literally had to ask me what a customer first approach is...red flag! - authoritarian environment
