Non-Empathetic founders with no vision and clarity

You can negotiate a good pay but unfortunately you’ll be fired before you start enjoying that.
Cons
1) Founders have no empathy towards there team. Make you work for long hours 12-14 hours on an average. Call you up on odd hours. Results in ruined work life balance and burnout. 2) Expect salary delays by 3-4 weeks. The company has no payroll automation for salaries. 3) If you value money over self respect feel free to apply for a job. You’ll get selected for sure as the attrition in this organisation is very high. More than 95% people in the Sales and Marketing Teams leave within the first 3 months of joining because of culture issues. 4) The ones who’ve stayed for more than 6 months are extremely needy and are compromising because of situations they are in. 5) No autonomy. Micromanagement to its core. 6) Too many broken systems. 10 customers in 2 years and the existing ones popping out of contracts.
