Pros

There are no pros to this place

Cons

1. There is an insane amount of politics at play right from the senior management to primarily the middle level management. Even if one person in the middle management targets you, consider yourself being a target of all. 2. Working here will mess your health up as there is no work life balance and the managers ensure you have calls on the weekends, you work 2 time zones - both india and us, which means you never sleep and there's zero appreciation for the same and god forbid you ever raise this, they will then make sure you never sleep. 3. In terms of growth, you will always be behind the industry and your experience outside will be irrelevant. There is no focus given to employee growth and learning 4. Most important, there is no culture You cannot raise anything with the HR as she will then go and spill everything you say to the management who will then ensure to make your life miserable. So, indirectly, there's no point raising anything with the HR. They hire you for hybrid but god forbid, you ever leave Pune in your WFH days, they will make sure you stay put in Pune and are available for every company event even at the cost of your personal life but no considerations given to your personal life, health, festivals, family, nothing. The only way to have a personal life is to be based out of Pune at best.
