Take the time to read the reviews about this company; the negative ones are completely accurate. This company does not support its employees, fosters unprofessional and cliquey leadership, and operates in a highly disorganized manner. Reflecting on my experience there, I can confidently say it was one of the worst professional environments I’ve encountered. Their industry practices are questionable, and their approach to leadership and organization leaves much to be desired. Compared to the agency I work for now, I find it baffling how they continue to attract customers despite their glaring shortcomings.
