      A Good Place to Start

      Pros

      I was able to access a variety of enterprise and personal technology both new and old. You are able to get hands on experience with it no matter the level you are at.

      Cons

      Internal growth is basically non existent. I had to basically beg for a review which was the only opportunity for additional pay. Overtime was not a thing, despite working over 40 hours every single week without fail.

      Technicians are awesome and competent co-workers (mostly)

      Cons

      Management is a joke. Company has owner sho hands out services to 'friends' of his and expexts this to just be known by everyone. Magment will take the word of these 'friends' over an employee's. The one member of management who would actually listen left the company for greener pastures... he was still called in sometimes when owner started making unreasonable promisses to his 'friends' or even clients (new and old] as owner is out of touch with reality. Owner often complains that technicians are not billing correctly/enough while making the mess himself. Nepotism is strong in this organization.
