      There are no pros working with this company. No professionalism !!

      Cons

      I attended an interview with recently in May. They gave the assisgnment which was successfully complleted and submitted but after one months of follow up , lady (recruiter) never responded with any feedback. Do not give them your code for free as their engineers will be using it and you will be scammed !!

      Work environment gives you the flexibility and freedom to do your job well & own your content. Resources are there when you need them but you won't get bogged down in corporate structure.

      Nothing negative comes to mind.
