Pros

Remote work, the only good thing about this company.

Cons

* Poor leadership and micromanagement * Lack of proper training and support * Coaching focuses more on criticism than development * Fear-based culture with threats of termination almost everyday * Constant policy changes, no clear structure * CEO communication is demoralizing * Required to stay on Google Meet all day * High turnover – new hires are replacing those who quit weekly * Misleading claims about company growth

Pros

You get to work with food. Everyone loves food, so it's not the worst thing to sell. That's the only pro.

Cons

- Terrible leadership: seems these guys have never done sales in their lives. Unrealistic expectations, objectives and instructions change every week, and passive-aggressive attitude - Extreme micro management, you location and every movement is tracked, as well as all your online activity. Often times you cant even take a couple hours to do admin work with out getting messages from the executives asking why you're not "in the field" - Chaotic atmosphere - Extreme turnover: The company is under 100 people but multiple people would be fired every month. People would also leave because of their unhappiness with the company The worst part was the feeling of being used, brought in a huge amount of leads and new clients only to be let go with no warning (which in itself is unethical and extremely inconsiderate after months of working in the company) Not a comfortable or supportive company to work with. Sure there is some potential to make good money if you secure some large clients, but thats it. If you're not lucky enough to close larger clients you will get tiny commissions (if any). In any case its not worth the stress of working in this company

RUN from Club Feast

Pros

The ONLY pro of this job was being remote.

Cons

1. Poor Management skills from the Senior Leadership Team and C-level execs. 2. Inconsistent commission. Get it one month but not the next. 3. Constant threat of being fired. 4. Lack of processes and procedures. Once they did begin the process of standardization it would be changed on the whim of the Leadership Team without the appropriate time to implement and adjust. 5. Does not pay the restaurants they have partnered with. The list of restaurant options has been cut in half due to poor relationship management and lack of payment for services. 6. Does not train or pay drivers appropriately 7. Sells products/services they do not have or are not equipped to handle. Do not believe the positive reviews- Club Feast forces its employees to write a shining review and confirm with the leadership team once submitted. RUN from this company.
