Pros
You get to work with food. Everyone loves food, so it's not the worst thing to sell. That's the only pro.
Cons
- Terrible leadership: seems these guys have never done sales in their lives. Unrealistic expectations, objectives and instructions change every week, and passive-aggressive attitude - Extreme micro management, you location and every movement is tracked, as well as all your online activity. Often times you cant even take a couple hours to do admin work with out getting messages from the executives asking why you're not "in the field" - Chaotic atmosphere - Extreme turnover: The company is under 100 people but multiple people would be fired every month. People would also leave because of their unhappiness with the company The worst part was the feeling of being used, brought in a huge amount of leads and new clients only to be let go with no warning (which in itself is unethical and extremely inconsiderate after months of working in the company) Not a comfortable or supportive company to work with. Sure there is some potential to make good money if you secure some large clients, but thats it. If you're not lucky enough to close larger clients you will get tiny commissions (if any). In any case its not worth the stress of working in this company
