Mission is great, but pretty toxic culture. Don't recommend.

- Free Friday - Dog Friendly office

Cons

- Not attractive office. 5th floor but lift is only for disabled persons. - Depends on the team, but there are very toxic. People are just protecting their face and acting totally opposite of company missions. Please listen to yourself and don't miss your tiny sign so that you can protect your mental health and decide to run away from the company before it's too late.

- 4 days work week - nice colleagues - the mission of the company is great

- incompetent management making decisions without any input/feedback of those affected - intransparent processes and decision making - toxic environment, any feedback is discouraged
