I've been with the company for about a year now and overall it's been a positive experience. The work is genuinely interesting and there's no shortage of challenging problems to solve. Management is approachable and willing to listen. The team culture is collaborative rather than competitive, which makes a real difference day to day. People are generally willing to help each other out and share knowledge. Onboarding was smoother than I expected, and I felt productive fairly quickly. Compensation is competitive and the benefits are solid. There's flexibility in how and where you work, which I appreciate.
