Low pay, growing pains of a start up, product is not up to par with competitors who have been around forever. Trying to break into a market that is struggling and Clutch doesn't have the resources to compete.
Flexible work schedule, friendly environment, rich in culture enhancement, and most importantly a lot of autonomy was given while still encouraging a very collaborative dynamic. You get a great deal of time off as well as the ability to work remotely. They also recently added great health, vision, dental and life insurance.
Cons
Not many. I think the one that stands out the most is each person wears too many hats sometimes which made accountability a little fuzzy. That was made better towards my last year there and it seems like something they’ve continued getting better at.
