      None. Can't think of any at all.

      Cons

      Awful company that don't care about you. Pay is terrible for a trainee officer. Poor communication and blame cadets for training officer errors. Rude emails and don't have the slightest care for your welfare. No guarantee of employment. Contract is ridiculous.
