    Training opportunities for junior lawyers are relatively poor, given its a large firm. Practice groups are limited.

    No training, culture of presentee-ism, extra contributions are not valued, high rate of bullying, no work life balance, juniors time constantly wasted by incompetent seniors

    Everything else. Horrific staff structure. Poor development prospects. Poor working hours. Poor management.
