      I'll start by saying that this tiny so called agency has a reputation of laying off employees just before when there is time for increment. You expect some increment after completing an year and also giving your 100% at work, proving yourself, leaving family behind so that the company could grow but..what you get rewarded by getting layoffs. Now I'm sure they will write another 2-3 fake reviews to cover this up as always. I read all the past reviews of the former employee who have actually suffered working here and know them personally. I can't think of even one good thing here. People please do not waste your career by joining here or recommending your friends, they will destroy your work life balance completely. If you want to know what's trending..then it has to be getting layoff from here frequently. Just when you think you will be getting some increment..they will call you in and tell you to leave. Guys if you are reading this, please it's a humble request do not join here for any position especially for design unless you want to work here all week and super late hours. The criteria to work here is to leave your family and personal life behind because they do not care about "you" it's always them before you and always will be. People literally beg for weekend off and to leave on time but if you want to work here then forget about your personal life and just signup to do slavery at Cnvrs8. Ask anyone who was forced to leave or layoff. They will tell you the truth about cnvrs8. "Life is hell" at Cnvrs8. Thanks to Glassdoor i came to know about this platform where we can express ourselves freely. Be ready for more fake reviews from cnvrs8 to hide the truth. Find some small office/company to work but DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE OF JOINING HERE OR RECOMMENDING YOUR FRIENDS FOR ANY JOB PROFILE AT CNVRS8 unless you want them to suffer and ultimately become zombies.

      This company has a challenging work environment that may not be conducive to all employees. Work hours are irregular, with managers typically arriving at 12 PM, which affects the team's start times. Employees often work late, staying until 9 or 10 PM. Moreover, there appears to be a lack of formal human resources management the current representative, Himanshu, has been reported to make inappropriate comments, which contributes to a tense atmosphere. Additionally, there are concerns about the professionalism within the team, particularly with the design team's leadership. While the company owner is noted to be kind and helpful very nice person, these positive traits are overshadowed by the overall negative workplace culture. It is also worth noting that alcohol consumption is reported to be openly tolerated on the premises. Given these factors, prospective employees may want to consider these issues carefully."

      Work pressure is very much. No time for family after office. Just work work and more work. Very tiring. Small agency, small client. Health over work. Salary is okay.
