Rich and rewarding time spent at CoAssets

Pros

Even though I am working in the public sector now, my short period at CoAssets really made me learn and grow professionally. I was being exposed to a lot of opportunities, which my other peers were not given the luxury to. Of course, the stress that came with it grew correspondingly as well.

Cons

We are always fighting against time. The environment is very dynamic and one must be adaptable to change.

Pros

learned to juggle multiple duties and adapt fast for the start up environment very nice co workers to create a great environment nice team leader to lead by example

Cons

co founders of the company have issues with anger management, shouting at a small open office at employees is very normal and its quite strange no one complained to MOM, onr of the former employees admitting to mental treatment after such incident and never saw him again after that. Shady business off shore employees must learn to lie to investers and cover up bad complains on social media sites to maintain a rosy image for the company high turn over rate, fire ppl at an alarming rate bad morale at the company

Dear Anonymous Former Employee, This is Getty and I’m the CoAssets Group CEO and Co-Founder. Based on your profile, I note that you were a former employee. Judging from your response, you most likely left on an unpleasant note, hence writing such negative (and inaccurate review) is probably your way to let off steam. Honestly, if I was as unhappy as you with my former employer, I would probably write the same thing as well (or maybe even worse). Unfortunately, I do not know who you are - hence there is no way for me to reach out and make peace with you (as well as to address your inaccurate claims). However, I sincerely hope that over time, you will be able to get over your feelings of bitterness and negativity, and find a job/boss that appreciates your talents. I would like to wish you all the best and may your next company treat you much better in areas where CoAssets had fallen short. Best wishes, Getty Goh Group CEO

Pros

First and foremost, some of the naysayers here are quite hilarious. I mean, if you’re so unhappy about working at CoAssets, then why not just leave? Why stay and be so disgruntled... haha. And if you’re so good, I’m sure the company would beg, borrow and steal to keep you right? I’ve been with the company for a while and I’ve seen performers getting pay increment, fat bonuses, going on work trips, basically getting all the opportunities and exposure they so rightfully deserved, simply because they produce RESULTS. And this is exactly how we can answer to our investors, clients, partners for placing their trust and wealth with us. So to those naysayers, why being a whiner when you can devote all your efforts to work harder? Results speak for themselves, not baseless gossips and complaints.

Cons

Unfortunately, there are those who do not work hard, bring results, and only know how to complain. IMO, they should be out of the company, or would be asked to leave soon. And this group of people are precisely toxic people who bring down the culture of the company and prevent it from achieving even better results.
