      Pros

      Startups are all about learning and growing with the company. CoHo seems to be exact place for everyone around to hone and expand their skills in a growing environment each day. The journey of $0 to $1 Million+ in revenue is an exciting one to be part of for each employee. CoHo focusses on a lean team which helps each of the existing employees to expand their contributions across verticals.

      The work culture is so strong and engaging that you often struggle to create a life outside which can be considered as downside for few.

      Good work culture, open door policy. Top management is easily accessible to all.

      Cons

      Inability to manage crisis. Unfair practices when it comes to employee compensation and vendor payments. They are always short on funds.
