Startups are all about learning and growing with the company. CoHo seems to be exact place for everyone around to hone and expand their skills in a growing environment each day. The journey of $0 to $1 Million+ in revenue is an exciting one to be part of for each employee. CoHo focusses on a lean team which helps each of the existing employees to expand their contributions across verticals.

Cons

The work culture is so strong and engaging that you often struggle to create a life outside which can be considered as downside for few.

They hired me for an Operations role. The day I joined I was told that I am going to be a glorified customer service representative. The CEO had anger issues so nobody stayed in that role for long. The other co-founder would openly cuss and say degrading things about women. Little bit of transphobia from other senior managers. Vendors were not paid well enough so the food supplied at the PGs was substandard. The best thing CoHo ever did was shutting down operations. No work life balance. I left the job after a few months and I am sure had I been there I would have ruined my life.
