      Pros

      Felt understood and ideas were heard. Management was happy to support me in whichever way I needed.

      Cons

      Being a startup, some job roles were blurry and management was stretched, often meaning project steps would easily fall through the cracks. Not a lot of room to grow the social presence as creative budget was small. Stressful to get new business, not a lot of growth.

      Great company to work for

      Pros

      Remote flexible working means you can work where you want and complete your hours when it suits you. Although you can’t see other members of the team/company face to face at the moment, there is still a great company culture with monthly zoom catch-ups and knowing that everyone is there to help each other. Sian, the founder is very open to new ideas and letting you own your own projects, with weekly calls checking in on progress.

      Cons

      Only con at the moment is you can’t regularly see others on the team due to Covid restrictions, but there’s still a great culture despite this.
