Good People, 1/2 day Fridays, Active Employee Recognition Program (STAR) provides ice cream days, waffle days, Pi Day, etc...Good support of United Way, allows flexible work hours
Cons
Alliance caught between two really big companies with 'big company' systems and procedures. Struggles to meet both customer and mother company 'Wants/Needs' and ends up meeting neither. Used to be an Excellent place to work. Lots of change, leaves people feeling unsure and unsettled. It's difficult to know how to feel successful in this environment. The recent oil price drop has been an extra kick in the teeth, providing an uncertain outlook.
