Cons
Management’s behavior was abusive. I’ve worked in other restaurants where the environments were intense and the expectations were high, but NOTHING was as bad as this place. The manager’s behavior was disgusting and inexcusable. Constant scapegoating, constant screaming. Even for the service industry and fine dining, I was never treated like this while working at similar restaurants.
