    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Coach part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Met a lots of great people, great way to start your career in this industry and to grow your professional network.

    Cons

long hours during holiday times, for full time workers it's no problem, but I was attending school at the same time so it was slightly difficult to balance school and work. But managers are also caring and flexible to work with my schedules.

    I worked at Coach part-time

    Pros

Great discount rate, enjoyed working with colleagues.

    Cons

Absolutely ridiculous management, does not support team only cares about sales. Policies and procedures are not followed what so ever, if there is something wrong in the workplace HR does not care at all. None of the workers are appreciated. Low wage no overtime paid on weekends, they want you to sell even though the manager sits at the back the whole day not doing anything. Lazy and disrespectful management. Toxic environment to work at, my advice would be dont even bother!

Former Employee - Retail Sales Assistant in Sydney

I worked at Coach part-time for more than a year

    Pros

The team at Westfield Coach was very fun to work with

    Cons

The Head Office did not support it's casual workers, and did not create a supportive environment whenever they came into the store. Further, certain managers treated casual workers as if they were disposable assets to the company.
