Pros

The young age of my colleagues is nice because they are easy to get along with.

Cons

They are making one of my colleagues work after just giving birth to a premature child, it makes me quite uncomfortable to think that she is having to balance a child in hospital and continuing to work in a stressful job. The managing direct is abrupt and does not greet or welcome staff in the morning. The owner comes in and is very demanding and rude, he even shouted at one of the business development staff out right in the middle of the whole office. They have an overwhelming level of staff turn around time and no one seems to know how to do the jobs. They have CCTV in the kitchen, monitoring the tea and coffee we take. There isn't much support, all the senior staff seem very stressed and because of this are uninterested in supporting others in their role. Everyone is leaving and the clients are not happy, the enquiry levels are very low making for a long day.

We're disappointed to read your review, as employee happiness and satisfaction is very important to us. However, it seems some of your points are misinformed, the situation you're referring to is extremely sensitive and personal. To clarify, at no point has the employee been forced or coerced to work. We care deeply about this employee and their current circumstances, we respect and are fully supportive of their personal decisions during this difficult time. As an employer we will continue to support them on both a personal level and via the proper HR channels. CCTV is present throughout the office, including the kitchen, for staff safety and security, We are sorry to read your opinions of the management team and turnover of staff, We have many longstanding members of the team, however we appreciate the perception of staff turnover may seem higher due to the percentage of staff on fixed term contracts to support our peak periods, as well as new members of the team due to opening new positions. To ensure the team feel valued and have a platform to voice their opinion we conduct regular 121s, training and engagement sessions and have an open door policy. We believe investing in our team directly relates to our client retention, currently achieving a 98% retention rate which we are incredibly proud of. We'd really appreciate you reaching out directly to the management team to discuss the contents of your review so we can further clarify situations you may have misinterpreted. Many thanks.

Pros

I've felt like my strengths have really been nurtured here. They push me to do better in my role, not just in terms of helping the business to grow, but in terms of my personal development too. There are lots of great perks including a work trip in the summer, regular early finishes for social events, and flexibility with working from home and personal circumstances.

Cons

There is pressure to hit KPI's per month, specifically for call times if you are in the lettings team. If you aren't confident on the phone this probably isn't the job for you. That being said training is provided and they are very supportive when coming into a new role.
