CCTV is present throughout the office, including the kitchen, for staff safety and security, We are sorry to read your opinions of the management team and turnover of staff, We have many longstanding members of the team, however we appreciate the perception of staff turnover may seem higher due to the percentage of staff on fixed term contracts to support our peak periods, as well as new members of the team due to opening new positions. To ensure the team feel valued and have a platform to voice their opinion we conduct regular 121s, training and engagement sessions and have an open door policy. We believe investing in our team directly relates to our client retention, currently achieving a 98% retention rate which we are incredibly proud of.
