      Impact and pace of a startup, but run with intelligence by experienced pros

      Pros

      - High-impact role with lots of autonomy and a chance to wear many hats (strategy, management, hands-on programming, operations, cloud) - most co-workers are experienced people from a mix of backgrounds (consulting, other startups, big tech). Very diverse and respectful - Experienced, clued-in, purposeful leadership that's unusually transparent about strategy and financials. We know where we are and where we are going at all times - Great office for people who like to have fun at work by working. Monthly events with a lot of variety keep things light and fun (bread making, cocktail making, hang out on a boat, etc.). Very welcoming

      Cons

      - Expectation to come to the office most days (4/5 days a week) though it isn't enforced vigorously.

      Pros

      Really ambitious, smart people. Great culture - everyone is thoughtful and collaborative. The CEO and leadership team overall are the right people to be in charge of the company. The product is outstanding - it's a fun and extremely competitive thing to sell. I tell all my friends that I love coming to work every day and feel strongly that I have great career options here.

      Cons

      Nothing specific - great place to work. It's a high growth startup so obviously there's some scrappiness and demands that you get from a company like that.

      Pros

      -Clear goals and objectives -Transparency into company performance -People are smart, and we work well together. I can't underscore this enough. I love this team. -We have a lot of customers and our customers like our product -Great office space, although it's not my ideal location -The hybrid work environment is my ideal office/home balance -Clear product vision -Talented and capable product/engineering team -Daniel is a talented CEO: Strong product vision and conviction, strong technical acumen, open-minded and will change his opinion when presented with data, and deeply cares about people at Coast.

      Cons

      -We're a small team, and you have to wear many hats. I don't mind, but if you want to be a specialist, it may not be the right fit right now -We do change plans, and that can be jarring to some
