Acquiring a company is something that they do, but have zero clue on how to build or merge an acquired company. They Take quite a few mental health sessions but rarely practice it. I myself suffered from anxiety every Monday. Favouritism is rampant. Under performers doing flashy work are rewarded than ones who do actual work. Most of the people who built the acquired companies have left and people who know nothing about SaaS or apparel industry are leading the business now. Their existing softwares are pretty outdated using Decade old technology. The talk about an Eco system of softwares but the softwares are not integrated with each other.

Missing senior tech people in Engineering team to represent technology or lead customer support / account management which requires tech background. Few of the non tech managers make it worst, they push everything on the devs to deal with it with 0 leadership / accountability on their own shoulders. Non tech product owners and managers do not understand technology and therefore unable to provide required help and mentorship to devs. Devs are made accountable for everything which goes wrong (or it is projected like that to the TOP) Almost useless Sales, Pre Sales & Testing team, no one knows the software. Customer support is non-technical, so the response to the customer queries lacks the depth it should have.
