Missing senior tech people in Engineering team to represent technology or lead customer support / account management which requires tech background. Few of the non tech managers make it worst, they push everything on the devs to deal with it with 0 leadership / accountability on their own shoulders. Non tech product owners and managers do not understand technology and therefore unable to provide required help and mentorship to devs. Devs are made accountable for everything which goes wrong (or it is projected like that to the TOP) Almost useless Sales, Pre Sales & Testing team, no one knows the software. Customer support is non-technical, so the response to the customer queries lacks the depth it should have.
