      Racist management

      No Pro's really apart from overtime, as long as you are willing to give up your dignity

      Cons

      Racist management, have witnessed on several occasions especially within the ramp department. Pay is lower than the market rate, and management treat employees with no dignity, impossible to get leave which you are entitled to as well as they are always short of employees.

      Pay cause worse management ever but they try to keep you

      Cons

      - Shift duties but they won't let you swap your shift for a whopping 6 months - You got the annual leaves but they will reject your application and you cannot carry on to the next year - Everything in the operational environment yet discovered by yourself - Long shift with limited break

      Friendly people, overtime available, good quality uniform.

      Cons

      Wage is to low for cost of living in London only £22.000. Work involves to much manual handling, not enough equipment so you won't be able to do your work on time.
