      - Tem uma cultura excelente de trabalho. - Bastante flexibilidade e autonomia no trabalho. - Trabalho 100% Remoto para quem não mora em SP.

      - A cultura de apoio a projetos Open Source que são usados pela empresa é mínima. - Salário e benefícios são Ok, mas nada super extraordinário em comparação a outras empresas tech.

      Pros

      Balance of life and work assured, with very flexible work time and workload. Solid culture of feedback; everyone is very assertive and transparent. Robust collaborative culture, you can always ask for help, and someone is always free to help. It has a clear and objective career plan, but it is much better structured at the entry-level than at the higher level.

      Cons

      The tech team lacks senior components; most are very young. Most of the projects lack documentation, so you need to talk with someone who might know the project. Wages aren't very high, a little bit lower than big techs, and they have higher other benefits to compensate for the lower salary. Sometimes, they have too many online meetings.
