The job is incredibly fun and a great opportunity to work hands on with cool stuff
Cons
No mentorship, none of the company management has an engineering background whatsoever. Upper management often lies to the employees about the state of the company and other finance related things, including benefits, but almost unintentionally like they don't care what anyone thinks about things. Upper management spends money on frivolous things with almost no regard for financial impact.
