The management is easy to deal with when the company business was good
Cons
-12 years of company but with bad management -The founder is the decision maker, emotional person and without management experience and skills to drive the business -Late salary payment usually paid before 7th of the month -Lack of HOD or Manager role to guide the team, follow and listen to the founder is all it about

Pros
Working environment is okay, and the colleagues are young & approachable. You will be a promoter, and get exposed to a lot of brands & SKU product information. The benefits are very nice except no more lunch allowance.
Cons
High turnover rate, constantly changing policies, and poorly structured planning and management processes, making it difficult to cope with the workload, especially with last-minute tasks and limited opportunities for overtime compensation.
