Lay Offs, NO Loyalty to employees, Do not waste your time working here

Coca-Cola name, good training classes

Cons

This company has just had their second lay off this year. Employees who have been with the company +20 years were laid off. There is no loyalty and to be a 'Christian' company laying people off 3 weeks before the biggest Christian holiday is just horrible. Please do not waste your time to work here. So many people are hurting right now. YToo many layers of management and VP's at this company. Not enough people to actually do the work and deliver the product to stores. Frank Harrison needs to open his eyes to see what is going on but then again, money is more important than 'Christian' values here.

Not stuck in an office all day. Coca-Cola name is great on resume. A lot of fringe benefits at times.

Cons

Constant layoffs and re-structuring over the past year. Approximately 25% of office and sales staff have been cut in the past year with remaining employees expected to pick up slack for no extra pay.

We are just numbers for them. Corporate doesn’t care about our needs, Everyone is currently looking for a new job.

Freedom to manage your own schedule. Managers know that corporate doesn’t care about the workers so they are really supportive and they understand that it is impossible to do everything that corporate demands.

Cons

You work 12 hours with a 8 hours salary. They want to take away from us until the last penny. They have reduced our vacation time, car reimbursement, cellphone allowance, they fired 8 people as decreased the routes. And the sad thing is that they don’t care because we are just numbers for them. It is pretty sad because we used to be CCR that was an excellent company. Since we are CCBCC every month they change something to make our life more miserable.
