Pros

There are no pro's whatsoever working for this group! The have an apartheid mentality (originally from South Africa) and believe that they are superior than their staff!

Cons

This is the worst group anyone could ever join. The youngest son who runs the company "Lex" is a complete megalomaniac! He treats people as if they are disposable and when staff decide to leave Lex Cochrane then files frivolous and fraudulent lawsuits against them.

Pros

Pay is ok and the product is honestly amazing.

Cons

11 Hours minimum with horrible working conditions. Can't even provide you with proper tools to do the job. Never once been told anything positive, they believe that they will bully you and treat you badly to get a good result out of you. Management has a one way street of communication, you just have to agree otherwise you won't fit in. They only promote dictator style, arrogant A-type personalities that let other people do the hard work for them. Honestly, any person that wants to work here should think long and hard. It is a multinational company that is run like a small family business with only one real decision maker who is not willing to listen to anyone or anything. Fastest staff turnover I have seen in my 15 years of working for various companies and they will be losing many more employees. In the short time I have been here they have done nothing to make the culture better or ask their employees why they are all so desperately unhappy or even have exit interviews for the staff that leave. Nothing is appreciated at all, absolutely the worst experience of my professional career.

Pros

Travel to a wide variety of locales, including HQ in South Africa. Working with an international crew of motivated and intelligent people. More freedom than most places to pursue leads as you see fit. Many opportunities to expand your professional network and gain experience in a challenging field.

Cons

Long hours (11+ mandatory) and travel will keep you away from home for extended periods. Delays from South Africa for client requests will eventually make you look bad to your expanded professional network. Senior management runs the company like a small family business, because it is. Bonus "structure" is deliberately confusing and changes constantly. Don't expect one.
