      Staff burnout, poor training

      Pros

      Some upward mobility to VM or home styling, however most store employees are studying interior design which is an advantage. Attracts a decent and well mannered customer.

      Cons

      Only managers get staff discount. Some staff really overworked. Poor habits from some staff (eating at desks, applying makeup at work). Training is half assed.
