Office employees I've been working with are nice.

Cons

Shady! -Owner is a terrible person. -Hiring process is based on religious, ethnic and appearance discriminations. -No full time available as the boss doesn't want to pay for any benefits or give lunch time to his employees. -You'll have to hear the boss demeaning everyone in the company and in whole world as well. -Worst organization and management ever.

Pros

Flexible time. Very friendly supervisors that sets the mood for the best, most productive work that i can do. Considerate when it comes to holidays and family gatherings. And really helpful in elaborating if any major issue comes up. It's not like we are employees but a part of a family.

Cons

The only con that i can see is that they praise the work so they give you the push that you need to go for the extra mile in order to get even better and they also give you advices to be better. Which in my opinion, is not a con.
