Great family company am 2 years working with this company with a flexible work schedule I’m happy to be with their work team

No cons, very good work environment

Flexible time. Very friendly supervisors that sets the mood for the best, most productive work that i can do. Considerate when it comes to holidays and family gatherings. And really helpful in elaborating if any major issue comes up. It's not like we are employees but a part of a family.

The only con that i can see is that they praise the work so they give you the push that you need to go for the extra mile in order to get even better and they also give you advices to be better. Which in my opinion, is not a con.
