Pros
In over a year of working with CocoRio I noticed significant improvement in the management and system. I believe they will continue to improve as the years go on. Lots of work for those looking and available in London. They send frequent email blasts with families looking for childcare, and have groupchats full of opportunities
Cons
Unlike many childcare agencies they do not cover the costs of a DBS check. There are little to no benefits that come with using this agency, but if you find the right family, you may be offered compensation such as bonuses. But that is at the family's discretion Their management used to be incredibly inefficient, bordering on useless, but the old manager left in 2024. Since then, things have been much better and I have few complaints.
