Fun at work, Even the senior management believes in timepass and masti, so you would love to work here if you work for fun only,
Cons
There is a big list but to name a few: 1. 6-days working, 9 hrs daily (illegal but no one dares to stand against it) 2. Salary cut every single minute 3. Work for 6-hrs for a half-day 4. Lack of vision among both the CEOs 5. No big clients or projects, the work you get here is only from the sister companies 6. If you're expert in licking your boss' shoes, this is the best place for you. 7. No work-life balance 8. Only 7-holidays in a year, no PL / sick leave or any other paid leave
