      The pay is $40+ and there is always shifts to pick up

      Cons

      Do not train you Do not do buddy shifts just start you and you are thrown in deep end with each client No care for their workers and frustrated when you tell them your unavailable Will not work you for the first 4+ months of hiring you

      Pros

      Easy to get a job and gain experience if looking for a start or a jump. Not much to work on or worry about.

      Cons

      Toxic and non-progressive work culture, no Australian payroll team rather operating from Pakistan and India making wrong leave and award rate calculations and tons of mistakes in processing pay. Non-functional pathetic HR team led by a terrible administrator. Nepotism and similar like-minded toxic people.

      Growing business with potential for learning more about the NDIS sector

      Cons

      Management and leadership is confused and overall it’s dodgy business with a lot of unnecessary staffing changes. The leadership discussions are about care for customers, but the practices are very predatory with name changes so frequent it ends up being a gap on the CV.
