-Great internal team collaboration -Open-source curriculum -Fantastic co-workers -Opportunities for growth (given you know what you want)

-Unwanted leadership changes lead to negative organizational decisions and eventual closure -Overpaid and ineffective Executive Leadership & President lead to a slow but steady closing of our regions, layoffs, and willing departures of our orgs strongest employees due to an intense lack of successful fundraising and culture fit -New leadership let go of org leaders who contended against them and feigned transparency in order to restructure the org in whatever way they saw fit themselves (it lead to the org closing down - after 12 years of operation)
