      Pros

      You will enjoy working in CodeIT if you want to: - develop your hard and soft skills - work with modern technologies - discover new countries on business trips - be a part of friendly team - take part in meetups and tech talks - have awesome parties and team buildings

      Cons

      For someone it could be a downside: the working day should be started no later than 12 pm. For me it’s not a problem, but it’s better to know.

      Thank you for listing all the Pros - we will do our best to add to that list! it is true the working day should start not later than 12 pm, and we have reasons for that. But to be fair - every project has its own requirements concerning time. One thing for sure - our company does not want our team to work at night exhausting themselves. Thus the time restrictions. Then again - as always - everything can be discussed and set with a manager or team leader, we can meet halfway.
