Cross-Team Coordination Gaps: Dependencies between teams (e.g., DevOps, backend, QA) are sometimes not well aligned, leading to delays, duplicate work, or last-minute firefighting. Lack of Resource Buffering: There's limited buffer for unexpected issues or unplanned work, which causes extended hours during certain release cycles.
