- Team is overall friendly and supportive - Free to talk about how you feel in certain situations - Pretty open book to allow you to do anything (within reason/time constraints)

Cons

- Days can feel long while being a global team - Processes can change quickly. Absolutely expected in a startup, but can be tiring - Can be some confusion about getting certain answers in relation to admin/HR, such as trying to find who to ask, where to ask it
