Business outlook
Pros
Lots of downtime while waiting for customers to come in or if you didn't have anyone booked for that time. Got lots of homework done here. Also made very close friends. Work isn't difficult as long as you knew the rooms, even if you didn't there were usually people there to ask and come to a solution.
Cons
Owners are a little neurotic, friendly but neurotic. Hours can go pretty late as we sometimes had bookings at 10pm. If you didnt have anything booked in advance you didn't know if you had to stay late or not.
