somehow flexible timing... good for starting out.. materials are pre prepared for each class... supportive staff..
Cons
pay per class could be higher.. sometimes things are too rigid.. If the pay was better I would have worked longer hours. For eg if you work for 8 hrs you would be able to earn 40000 INR but if I had give 8 hrs then atleast I should be able to earn around 60k without bonuses..
