As a StarCamp Intern in Technology, you’ll join NAB’s intensive 10-week face-to-face Internship, designed to kick start your career in Technology Engineering.
You’ll build hands‑on capability through a structured learning program and real project work, supported by experienced engineers and leaders. As part of the recruitment process, you may be asked to complete a coding assessment, depending on your skills and background.
Through strong partnerships with Australian universities, technology training providers, and industry partners, NAB offers hands‑on, real‑world project experience—giving you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully from day one.

Program Start Date
The 2026 StarCamp Internship will commence on Monday 23rd November 2026 and end on Friday 12th February 2027. This includes 2-weeks unpaid leave over the Christmas and New Year Festive season break.
What Happens Next?
Upon successful completion of this intake, exceptional NAB StarCamp Graduates may be offered a permanent role in our NAB Emerging Tech Talent Program, which includes two longer term business rotations across our teams to build breadth and depth of capability.
The Emerging Tech Talent Program begins on Monday 15th February 2027 and ends on Friday 26th May 2028. At the completion of the Emerging Tech Talent Program, you will roll off into a Permanent role in Technology.
