Pros

I worked in the last. Still they are hiring for same technologies due to attrition. Commotion, confusion, so objectives defined or set. No future for techies in RoR, php, Python scripters

Cons

They are still hiring for same python, full stack, and java since 2017. The interview methodology is designed to narrow and reject you at every stage . They will not talk about work experience, only test, test and give bad scores. There are no interviewers for many skills, they depend on outsiders. It's a Bodyshopping and chaotic, set up. Only few people close to founders calling shots and controlling others like operation and deployments to one of client , developers have no clarity. CTO is not open minded or street smart. No proper brand name or industry practices. Struggling startup and selecting wrong people after long time. Many are quitting them immediately. Don't join if you are techie.

Pros

Able to offer a good salary

Cons

- Just a consultancy and not a product company. - No job security. - Highly unstable. - No projects. - No career opportunities. - Paycuts for 9 months and arrears not given. - No pay hikes or bonus. - if you are not billable, you will be terminated in the name of non performance. - No employee empathy. - They have the worst policies for employees. - HR and Operations, who are supposed to provide help and support to the employees, devise policies like penalise the employees for delaying the timesheets. - Unqualified and unskilled people in leadership due to favouritism. - No long term vision from the leadership. - Fake promises. - HR head is inexperienced, does not know her roles and responsibilities, does not respond to your queries, just delegates work and behaves as if she is the POTUS. - Employees are just money minting machines, they’ll enjoy at the cost of your career. - Join only as a last resort or if you are very sure that you’ll find another job quickly.

Pros

Freedom to work on ideas Great Leadership Work on the latest technologies Product development, as well as consulting with top notch clients

Cons

Interaction with leadership has reduced a bit since they are often onsite. Working Saturdays. Either remove it or make it compulsory. Optional doesn't work.
