Cons

Don't know where to start from. Every single day one of the employee cries, worst management. Business team feels like hell. Team lead is arrogant and incapable of managing her team, treats everyone as if they are her personal assistants. Everyone wants revenue but don't have any strategies, it's more like beating around the bush.

NO PROS except some of the colleagues are super supportive.

Cons

Employees work for 7 days a week, even on their offs. Dirty politics and extreme work pressure. You will be given responsibilities but not the designation and money you deserve. Fake promises will be made and they will keep getting the work done by you until you realise they made a fool out of you. Every employee is told that they are replacable. If you mess with the lady co-founder, she will ensure you are fired by any means, be it cheap or unfair. The upper management totally sucks. No professionalism, personal life is mixed with professional life.
